DIY Festive Fall Pumpkins

My favorite time of the year is upon us again…FALL is here!! I love everything about fall season…the colors, the weather, bonfires, Halloween, hoodies, the leaves, sleeping with the windows open, the smell of pumpkin spice and cinnamon…I could go on and on! Anyhow, I decided to paint pumpkins instead of carving. I am partial to all of the work (and mess) carving takes and the lil’ one is only 21 months old so I figured we could carve next year when he can participate a little more.

I decided to do “initial pumpkins” with my husband’s, Kason’s and my first initial. I am not one to be plain so I obviously had to jazz them up with ribbon and some hot glue. I’ll be keeping those in the house for indoor decor bc I’m not sure how weather resistant the ribbon would be. I painted one with our last initial “R” for the out side. They turned out pretty cute if I dont say so myself!;)
